Simulink® ne propose que des fonctions basiques pour la linéarisation et la caractérisation des points de fonctionnement . Pour disposer de fonctionnalités complètes dans ces domaines, utilisez Simulink Control Design.

Simulink Control Design™ permet de trouver des points de fonctionnement et de calculer les linéarisations exactes des modèles Simulink dans diverses conditions de fonctionnement. Il propose des outils pour calculer les réponses en fréquence basées sur les simulations sans modifier le modèle.
