Synchronizing and relating strain data with load-deflection data

I have performed bending tests of honeycomb sandwich panels and i have obtain strain gauge data with time of the top and bottom skins alongside the load-crosshead deflection data(with time) from the testing machine.
the time intervals for both data sets are not equal..for e.g t=0.1 ,0.12,0.2,0.25,0.3 etc in load-deflection data whereas an almost equal interval trend in the strain data..
i need to correlate these data sets and tabulate time with strain and load ..so as to find the relationship between load and strain on both the top and bottom skins...
how do i go about this?
this certainly requires knowledge of mechanical testing..because there are regions in the load-deflection curve that is of no interest or those of idle nature( when the load has not completely contacted the specimen..toe regions etc).
