Bug Report: "Different answers for two same statements"

Dear Sir or Madam: Can you explain why the answers of these two same statements are different in Matlab 2013a?

ge((1.2-0.8)/0.1, 4)
ge((1.1-0.7)/0.1, 4)

The answer for the first one is “0” while the second one is “1.” Thanks
