Can I publish interactive MATLAB Figures in HTML?

Can I embed MATLAB Figures into HTML preserving 3-D functionality? This seems not to be possible using the MATLAB publishing tool, but what about external tools? For Example there is the Interactive MATLAB Figure Viewer for online versions of Elsevier articles, and to me it seems like the tool is actually written by Mathworks. Does that mean there is some way for me to use it too?
