Install Embedded Coder Support Package for Service-Oriented Applications on Linux

You can use Embedded Coder^® Support Package for Service-Oriented Applications on Linux^® to deploy, interface with, manage, and calibrate service-oriented architecture (SOA) applications.

The support package requires you to install the following products:

• Simulink^®

• Embedded Coder

• MATLAB^® Coder™

• Simulink Coder

Install Support Package

1. On the MATLAB Home tab, in the Environment section, select Add-Ons > Get Hardware Support Packages.

2. In the Add-On Explorer window, search for Embedded Coder Support Package for Service-Oriented Applications on Linux.

3. Click Install.

4. Sign in using your MathWorks^® account.

5. Accept the MathWorks Auxiliary Software License Agreement.

Set Up Target

The support package requires additional target setup to build and deploy applications onto the target computer.

• To set up the target later, click Set Up Later. For more information about setting up the target later, see Set Up Linux Target Computer.

• To complete the target setup:

  1. Click Set Up Now.

  2. In the Hardware Setup window, enter details of the target computer such as target name, IP address, username, password, and deployment location and click Submit.

  3. Click Finish to complete and exit from the installation procedure.
