Si vos données sont stockées dans une table, vous pouvez ajuster un modèle linéaire à effets mixtes avec fitlme. En revanche, si votre modèle n’est pas facile à décrire avec une formule, vous pouvez créer des matrices pour définir les effets fixes et aléatoires, puis ajuster le modèle avec fitlmematrix.
