Trendy urlfilter command to access Chinese website

Hello,

As we know, the following Trendy command

num = urlfilter(url, target)

works for a string type target. However, I want to access a Chinese website where all characters are in Chinese. If I simply put the target as 'some Chinese here', I will get an error. How can I solve this problem?
