medical image processing - DICOMDIR file

Hi all, I would like to visualize the structure of DICOMDIR files on Matlab. I started in the following way:
I = images.dicom.parseDICOMDIR("DICOMDIR");
where DICOMDIR is the dicomdir file.
I would like to be able to visualize both the 2d scan and the 3D geometry as for the DICOM file: https://it.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/45661-dicom-view
Any suggestion? Thanks!
