Is there a way to get a higher order polynomial fit for a surface than poly55

 Réponse acceptée

You can define the fitting polynomial by yourself. Everything is allowed, but does it really make sense to use polynomials of degree > 5 ?

Normally, probably not but in the specific case I have yes.
so theres no easier way than typing in the equation myself in the cftool or something like that?
No. If the fitting function is not predefined, you must define it by yourself. Means: type it.
Can i input the custom string equation through a function without needing the cftool gui?
