How can I use Iamerode to separate attached cells from the mask?

1 view (last 30 days)
I have a couple of masks made and some of the cells are attached together, I want to separate those cells using a Matlab function iamerode.
How can I do it?

Those look like they're all separate, because they're different colors. Why do you say they're not?
I've never heard of iaerode. It's not a MATLAB function. Maybe you got that from some third party or wrote it yourself. However there is an imerode function.
se = strel('disk', 3, 0);
mask = imerode(mask, se);
