"Select a Web Site" Popup - 200% annoying - breaks experience

This popup keeps coming on each site every single time. Even if i reload the same site. When i choose something, it wont disappear, it doesnt care. It keeps asking me to select a site. It is so annoying that i cant use any of the sites anymore because it is so annoying that it makes me wanna quit.

This is really bad and annoying af.

Apparently the issue was the companys privacy settings in the browser. To be more specific, a cookie setting. After whitelisting matlab it worked. Strange that it did work in edge but not in chrome.
