How to express the sequence as a linear combination of delayed unit step sequences in MATLAB
Sequence: x[n] = {−4, 5, 1, −2, −3, 0, 2} , −3 ≤ n ≤ 3

Hi Tuce,
You can simply use the stairs function in MATLAB to express your sequence.
x = [-4, 5, 1, -2, -3, 0, 2];
n = -3:3;
stairs(n,x)
xlabel('n')
ylabel('x[n], y[n]')
You can also refer to the following documentation for your reference.
