Almost all online forums or developers communities have the option to insert image in a post using a link,
but no such functionality is present in Matlab Central , what you guys think on this , shouldn't this be implemented.

This isn't really an answer, so I'm posting it as a comment. I have a feeling that there would be a reluctance to provide a mechanism to embed an offsite resource, as the forum has long suffered the consequences of encouraging users to host their images offsite in the past. That said, I don't see any reason to not make it more convenient to localize offsite files directly.
I may repost this idea here:

EDIT: This may be limited to Windows OS and Chrome browser. I haven't tested extensively.
I'm able to do this, but feedback would appear this is not universal. Here, I've added an image from this doc page.
Click the picture icon, then Choose File.
In the dialog that opens,
paste the url.

Does not work on Mac on any browser that users the native file picker -- there is nowhere to paste in a file name (other than the search box, but the search box will not process URLs)

I've edited my post to indicate this is not a universal solution.
