I am facing error in the Matlab Copilot

The Matlab Copilot is giving error responses or one which I can understand here I have attached the screenshot -

I don't have MATLAB Copilot, so I asked the same thing to the "AI Chat Playground" available on MATLAB Central -

Maybe someone with access to MATLAB Copilot can ask the same the thing and see what the response is.

Some things worth checking -

> Is it giving such responses to every query/prompt?

> Try re-starting MATLAB and/or your PC.

First, be sure to give feedback on this result in copilot. At the botton, there will be a thumbs up/down option.

Was this part of a longer conversation with copilot? I'd suggest starting a new chat with Copilot. Earlier questions in chat may be providing bad context for this question. When this happens, clear the chat history and start a new conversation with fresh context.

No actually I gave just an example my Matlab copilot is working but the response it is generating doesn't make any sense .

@Harshit In what MATLAB version are you seeing this issue?

Edit: I see you reached out to our Support and this is known issue in R2026a prerelease which will be fixed.
