AWS GPUs availability for Academic License of MATLAB

The Institute I am working in has an Academic License. I have the following queries:

1. Will the Academic license work on the AWS server?
2. If point 1 is green then will it work with any GPU/s available or is there a limitation on the computation resource usage with these licenses?

At most it will work with later releases of NVIDIA GPUs.
