purchased matlab home with phased array toolbox, can't find it after install

Just purchased Matlab Home edition with the Phased Array System Toolbox. Selected Phased Array System Toolbox box when installing. Opened Matlab and can't find the Phased Array System Toolbox. What would be the problem; is the Phased Array toolbox listed under a different toolbox name. Purchase information:

You can use the Add-ons option on the home tab to add and remove toolboxes, etc. from your install.

If you still can't find and add the toolbox you purchased, check that you are signed into MATLAB with the same MathWorks account you used to purchase the license.
