Can anyone help me to get normal CT brain image data set?

I'm a university student and I'm doing research project to detect brain damages and predict the severity of the damage using CT medical imaging. I need normal & damaged image data-set for my research. Where can I get normal & damaged CT brain image data-set? I really need this data-set for data training and testing in my research. Your help will be helpful for my research. Thank You :)
