I don't recall hearing it by that name. I've heard of optical transfer function, modulation transfer function, opto-electronic transfer function. How are you defining it? Are you talking about https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contrast_transfer_function for transmission electron microscopes?

Yes. I do. I am talking about how to calculate Contrast Transfer Function of an Image obtained by Electron Microscope.
