2 D markov chain

Hi everybody, I'm trying to simulate a two dimension markov chain (m/m/2) with four states. I have two devices in my system that are served by two different servers. The different states are: (0,0): the system is idle, (2,0): the two devices are served by the first server, (1,1): each device is served by a server, (0,2): the two devices are served by the second server.
