How to generate short step after receiving rising edge of signal?

I want to detect rising edge of signal, and then generate signal with value "1" for short period of time, for ex. 0.01 s. Block in Simulink, which is available, only generates very short impulse. I want something like step triggered with signal on input and with delay. Have anyone idea how to obtain such effect? Thanks in advance.
