How can I detect PR interval (I know the meaning of it ) but how can I detect the beginning of a specific peak (beginning of P wave & QRS complex )

I want to detect if there is an abnormality in PR interval so I need to detect the beginning of P wave (I could not detect beginning of any peak but notice that I need to detect beginning of a specific peaks not all the peaks) , also I need this method as I want to save two signals PPG , ECG to get cuffless pressure (If any one knows how to help in this too please help ) all I know I need to compare the two signals and measure the time between R wave in ECG and the beginning in peak in PPG and this time is called PPT and some researches managed to convert this calculated parameter to pressure

I managed to detect P , QRS peaks , the width and height of the peaks and the filters but I could not start any thing in the code of the detection of the intervals or segments , I uploaded an image I need to detect the circled points to get the duration and I need this method in another topic in the project

There is a physician here who usually answers such questions. Maybe if you're lucky he'll answer you but that'd be only if you uploaded some of your data in a .mat file so he has something to work with (a screenshot is not enough), as I already suggested in my comment from 2 months ago. He's still waiting. Since you didn't do that most people probably thought that you had found a solution on your own and never got back to us here.

By the way, why did findchangepts() not work? Show your code.

At first I am sorry for not replying to all comments due to problem in my email so I did not receive any notification that some one replied to my question.

I tried findchangepts but it was some way complicated -- the results I couldn't understand or I didn't know how to work with this function. The code I had till now is not that big as I can't start with the code without detecting pr interval.

I have 2 files first one acquire data from arduino to matlab and save it to a .Dat file that I can upload code if you want .

Second file it reads data from a saved file, and plots it and uses some filters like fir1 and butter but I couldn't manage to choose the suitable filter, and then detect peaks the highest, the lowest and between range and this is i can detect r (highest) and p wave, t wave but till now I asked every one how to detect it with no answer till now, but one of the members sent me an email with a function called ecgpuwave, but I didn't try it as I have exams and sorry again.

Try that ecgpuwave function and if it still doesn't work, upload your .dat file.
