How to label multiple labels and multiple categories?

In the "image Labeler" app, how does a "scene label" label multiple labels for a single label instead of a binary label (for example, 0 and 1 only)? For example, I have the face labeled as Caucasian, Black, and Yellow. People, respectively marked 0,1,2, but the current version of MATLAB does not support multiple types of labels? The version I use is MatlabR2017b
