what are perfcurve function inputs for plotting ROC curve of segmented image

I have a segmented image and the corresponding ground truth I also calculated FP and TP. I'd like to plot ROC curve but I didn't know how to set inputs of the function perfcurv. Would you please send me how to use this function.
