How do we optimize weight of feed forward artificial neural network with particle swarm optimization?

There are many links related to my particle swarm optimization , but I am unable to understand those for my problem. I have 3 input variables and 1 output (target) variable. I want to apply feed forward artificial neural network with particle swarm optimization . How can I do it?
