Is there a simple way to plot a set of coordinates in different map projections using the Mapping Toolbox?

I have a set of coordinates on Earth given by two vectors (latitude and longitude). I'd like to plot these points easily on other maps obtained from different projections (like the Cassini projection, Mollweid, ...). Is it possible to do with the Mapping Toolbox without having to code the projection operations for every singe one of them?
