Hello. How can Iinstall the program if I have already downoloaded it????

I have downloaded the Matlab, becuase I have a lsicense key from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

The problem is that I tryed to install de programme yesterday, but the installation stopped and now, when I try to repeat the process, the program shows me this message: 'you have entered an invalid the file installation key'.

Really, the installation did't finish, and at the moment I havent got the program in my computer.

Is there any solution?????

If the installation did not complete, you should have received some message about why it didn't. You can search for that message on Answers, post it here as a comment, send it to your university's IT department (the group that provided you with the key to install MATLAB), or contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page.

One of those approaches should either give you enough information to determine how to complete the installation yourself or should put you in contact with a person who can help you complete the installation.
