Point of intersection of a curve and a line?

I have a curve :

0.01*x^4 - 0.1105*x^3 + 0.0589*x^2 + 1.8673*x -2.9414 = y

I have a line :

(4.6876/2.116)*x - (7.049056/2.116) = y

I need to find the point of intersection on matlab for these 2
