How do i plot a single graph from two sets of initial values to form a single graph.

I have the first half of the band being plotted from A_3 whose initial values are [0 1 0 0], i need to plot the other half of the band from A_4 whose initial values are [0 0 1 0]. These 2 halfs form one graph. Find attached the code with A_3 and A_4.
