How to give constraint of an interger to 'gamultiobj'?

Lets see this Example. Suppose I want that my height of the beam shoud be an integer, how can I give this constraint there. I am not seeing other constraints now, so we can ignore them. thanks in advance

Sorry, gamultiobj does not accept integer constraints.
