how can i get the picture in a access mdb file?

i have a access(*.mdb) file in which i storge some pictures? however, when i connect it in MATLAB, the picture is turned into a one-dimensional vector (format uint8). i don't know why. and i want to show the picture in matlab. How should i do? can i get the original picture according to the vector? Thanks.
