How to re-use academic-concurrent license on another computer (than the server itself)?

I have MATLAB 2013b / Academic concurrent. I have the MATLAB with the license (assigned to host ID) installed on a laptop at the lab.

However i wanted to use this license (i.e. toolboxes) also on another machine (or in the Matlab in a cloud - university has license for it). Do I need to install + activate all on another machine to do it?

How can I use the license in another machines? Do I need to always deregister the license from the "server" hosting license or it is enough to just download its license and utilize on another computer machine?
