how to charge an electric vehicle or simple its battery from PV, Wind power and fuel cell.

Hello everyone, i'm working on a research in which i have to charge an electric vehicle (battery) from PV, wind power and fuel cell simultaneously. and the charged battery should be discharged to a house when these sources are not available. i need someone to provide me a code or equations but i want to give power(KW) directly, because i dont want to calculate voltage and current. Provide me some authentic data so that i can refer it in my references. i will be very thankful for your help.
