Does anyone know how to get technical assistance with the Phased Array toolbox?

I tried this forum and the email of the technical expert listed on the Phased Array toolbox page to little or no avail. I have some specific questions and a valid license.

I saw your follow-up question posted on 10/5. I posted a reply on 10/8. Here is a little more information:

I am processing one pulse at a time, not the whole train. The PRF is only used when it comes time to advance the target position. In order to use my desired PRF, I have to create a false PRF which is an integer multiple of the sampling frequency just to retrieve one pulse. That seems to me to be more of a workaround than a valid condition.

Once I process a full set of pulses, I want to change the PRF to do some non-coherent integration, but I don't want to change the sampling frequency. Doing so would force the range bins to mis-align and make it very difficult to integrate.

I have another question which I will try to submit through the proper channels.
