Importing pixel values (csv-file) from infrared images and creating an image for image processing

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask a quick question. I have an image (infrared) in the form of pixel array in Excel sheet (csv-file, where i think every cell represents the temperature for every pixel). I wish to create an image from this and use this for later image processing, cause thresholding on this wil be much better then on a png-file. The csv-file and the png version of the image are attached.
