I am a student at the Université de Claude Bernard in France, following a Master 2 degree in Biostatistics.
I would like to know how I coumd purchase the product MATLAB 2019 b, and not the latest one as it is proposed on the website.
What are the steps to follow for that ?
Thank you in advance for your help

Many licences will allow you to install prior versions. You can contact support to get an official reply about what options you have.
I would suggest to ask your university IT first if they have any licences available. That would allow you to use Matlab without having to buy it yourself.
Why do you specifically need R2019b?

Hello,
Thank you for your answer !
My university does not have a Matlab license at our disposal.
When I tried to contact the technical support, it asked for a license number which I do not have yet because I did not buy any license for the moment.
I need this version specifically because I will use a software called SPM which has not been updated for the 2020a version.
So if I undestand well, all I need is to buy the latest student license available and then change it to the 2019b versino ?

In my experience, if you have current matlab license, you would be able to download the prior release version that are still supported.

This is true for my (student) license, but I'm not sure this is true for all licenses.
