How can i use multilayer perceptron ( MLP) in classification ?

I want to make classification using MLP to data set of images , and ididnot know how can use MLP , or how can i insert data on it ,,

i make images preprocessing , and extract the feature of thses images and they are ( ( (i) area , (ii) centriod , (iii) bounding box , (iv) major axis , (v) minor axis , (vi) eccentricity , (vii) orientation ,(viii) convex area and (ix) extrema )

i want to make classification to this images .

Plz any help with matlab code to do that ..
