Arduino Leonardo Simulink Fastest Data Logging Speed?

Hello,
I was wondering what the maximum capabilities were for data logging with the Arduino Leonardo. I'm currently using a Mega 2560 and would like to get faster throughput. I noticed in the table on the support page that the limits for the Mega and Uno are 1 kHz total, but I'm not sure if the other models can go higher.
