According to a tooltip that appears at 2:25 in the video, the different.m file is "D:\OneDrive\OneDrive - Shahjalal University of Science and Technology\3_2\communication lab\project\final_1\video\different.m" which means this is not a MathWorks function. My guess is it was written by the author of that video, so you'd probably need to ask him or her for that file.
