How I can read different ID's with eCAN recieve block from the target F28335?

Hi,
I'm triying to program in Simulink one model to read CAN frames from the target F28335.
The problem is that I have to read some ID's (no only one ID). And with the eCAN receive block of Simulink I think that I only can read one ID, the specified in Message identifier (inside the block)
It`s possible to read different ID's with the eCAN receive block? Are there another way to read CAN frames?
