why i coud not get my '' License Number or Activation Key '' in the time i am using UNIVERSITY email and my university has permit and all my colleagues downloaded the program ???

If you need a license or activation key, you will need to contact the department at your University that manages software.

Typically, a University will have a portal page. if you access MATLAB through that portal, you will automatically be associated with the campus license, and will not need a license number or activation key.
