Simulink library load ends with error message

Hello ,
I am using 2015-B MATLAB.
Here when I try t open the SImulinklibrary it takes ages and finally ends with termination of MATLAB application and closes.
From my search I suspect some runtime libs missing, so I ran a dependency walker to find what is missing.
and these are the below files it says missing. Any suggestions to fix this? will a reinstall fix this error? In the past I tried reinstall but didn't work.
I have attached the snapshot of dependency viewer's log.
