Parallel Configuration of R2013 by the application manager not the user.

I am the application manager (not the admin) for Matlab and I perform the installs on our Linux HPC machine SGI ICE X.
I have never been able to configure the Parallel setup in the Admin Center to get everything to work.. We use PBS on our HPC Linux machines to manage jobs. As part of our site license we have the MATLAB_Distrib_Comp_engine (160 licenses) and 10 licenses of the Distributed_Computing Toolbox.
Whenever I pick this back up, the help section is based on multicore (single node) PC's.... where we have multinode-multicore processors.
Can anyone walk me thru the "Cluster Profile Manager"?
As the installer, is there a section I need to setup for the users?
Help!
