How to activate MATLAB for non-administrator users?

Hello,

When I log into a specific Windows 10 workstation, MATLAB will show as activated. When a non-administrator logins in, they get a request to enter the admin user name and password to access the license.

When I check the License File Retrevial, it is showing the Computer Login Name as my administrator login name.
