Mapping values of an array to an animation

Hi everyone,

I've got a 2D model of spreading depression. I have a 128x128 array for membrane potential and I would like to create an animation that changes color depending on the membrane potential. The values range from around -75 to +40. What would be the quickest and most efficient way of doing this?
