Jacobi to Chebyshev Conversion

Converts a Jacobi polynomial expansion to a Chebyshev expansion.

Given a Jacobi polynomial expansion where the coefficients are stored in a column vector, this script computes the expansion in terms of Chebyshev polynomials. Useful for spectral methods.
