The problem is taken from Analytical Computational Methods in Eelctromagnetics by Ramesh Garg.
The code solves integral equation using method of moment. Pulse function is used as basis function and point matching (delta function) is used as weighting function.

The Matrix is calculated just for a column and the populated in Toeplitz matrix form.
Toeplitz matrix command can also be used.
