Tracer experiments with Ideal Flow Reactors
This app is used in KETF25 Reaction Engineering at Lund University to demonstrate residence time distributions for ideal reactors.
There are 5 reactor models: PFR, CSTR, PFR and CSTR, CSTR and PFR, CSTR in serie
You could make a pulse or step experiment. From the residence time distribution the mean average residence time is calculated.
For a pulse experiment the Tank-in-Series also are calculated from the variance
