Syntax

F = openfig(vis,names)

Description

F = openfig(vis,names) opens the visualizations for an experiment trial. The visualizations are generated by the experiment function or training function.

Open Visualizations from Experiment Trial

To see which visualizations are available for a trial, access the figure names for the visualizations by using the FigureNames property of the Visualization object. You can get the Visualization object for a trial by using the Visualization property of the corresponding ExperimentTrial object.

trial = experimentTrial("MyProject","Experiment1","Result1",1);
vis = trial.Visualization;
names = vis.FigureNames

To open visualizations and return the corresponding Figure objects, call the openfig function.

figs = openfig(vis,names);

Input Arguments

vis — Trial visualizations

Visualization object

Trial visualizations, specified as a Visualization object that contains visualizations that depend on the experiment type. You can get the Visualization object for a trial by accessing the Visualization property of the corresponding ExperimentTrial object.

Custom training	Custom figures created in the training function
General purpose	Custom figures created in the experiment function

To see which visualizations are available, access the figure names, which are stored as a string array in the FigureNames property of the Visualization object.

names — Figure names

string array | character vector | cell array of character vectors

Figure names, specified as a string array, character vector, or cell array of character vectors. To query the figure names, access the FigureNames property of the Visualization object.
