Transmitters and Receivers
Transmitters, receivers, coherent-on-transmit, and coherent-on-receive
systems
Transmitters amplify signals before the radiator converts them into fields. A receiver preamplifier model applies gain to the incoming signal after collection and also adds receiver noise to the incoming signal. Examples illustrate coherent-on-transmit and coherent-on-receive radar systems.
