How to Build TLC files to generate C Code during RTW/EC build process?

I have a tlc files which contain code to generate a Processor specific C file. Now my problem is how to put an entry point of this TLC in RTW build process so that it generate C file from this TLC.

Also what is the process to build own custom made TLC....during build process....?
